The Enterprise Manager interface is where all User/Study administration takes place. Depending on the licensed products/modules, the Enterprise Manager will change in appearance. Both instances of the Enterprise Manager, a DatStat Illume-only installation and a DatStat Illume/Discovery installation, are shown.
Application Settings - Root folder for all Global Settings
Email- Settings for selecting and configuring the email services
Locale Settings - Set the Default System Locality
Security - Password settings
SMS Messaging - Configure and SMS connection to send Text Messages as part of a Discovery Study
System License - Provides a list of the License settings, Import and Export a license file and Review License History
Transaction Log - A permanent record of all transactions that have taken place within the system
Add/Edit Users - Add and Edit Discovery/Illume Users
Add/Edit User Groups - Assign Roles, Site Access and Members to a User Group
Roles - Define the Privileges a User has within the study
Sites - Define physical sites that participants and Users can belong to
Site Groups - Define groups and hierarchies of Sites for participants and Users to belong to
Custom Terms - Define how various menu labels are defined throughout the Discovery system
Email From Addresses- Specify the "From" address for all email sent from the system
User Agreement - A feature which allows you, as an Administrator, to create an agreement to which each User must agree before he or she will be allowed to access the various areas of the product
System Extensions - Uses a DLL that has one or more custom reports or custom actions for Discovery
API Keys - Allows Administrators to generate Token Sets that external applications can use to request access to the API programmatically
Within a Project/Study the following items can be managed:
Add/Projects - Add/Edit Projects or Sub-Projects
Surveys - View Published Surveys, Ability to change Project
Participant Lists -Create/Edit Participant Lists for that Project/Study
Email Jobs - View/Edit/Create E-mail Jobs
Studies -View/Edit/Create/Copy Studies within this Project
